MiProCK helps you organize routines and receive gentle nudges. We respect your privacy and collect only the information needed to provide the service.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email (for login and support).
• Routine data: schedules, reminders, and settings you create.
• Device & app diagnostics: app version, device model, crash logs (to fix bugs and improve performance).
• Payments: handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

How we use your information

• Provide core features (routines, reminders, notifications).
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate service updates and respond to support requests.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with trusted processors as needed to run the service (hosting, payments, analytics/crash reporting), under contracts that require protection of your data.

Retention & deletion

We keep your account and routine data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time; routine backups may persist for a short period for disaster recovery.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and industry-standard safeguards. No method is 100% secure; we work continuously to protect your data.

• Access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us.
• Manage notifications in the app or device settings.

Children’s privacy

MiProCK is not directed to children under 13. If we learn a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We use providers that implement appropriate safeguards.
