It fights procrastination by breaking big goals into small Micro Habits, teaching with Health Quizzes, and adding friendly Multiplayer challenges. The result: you finally bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.

Start small, stay consistent. G-HHABITs helps you lock in daily wins with focused, doable habits.

  • Motivational quotes carousel – rotating, health-first quotes keep you nudged throughout the day.
  • Daily challenges – pick from Easy / Medium / Hard or create your own, like “Walk 10 minutes” or “Drink 6 glasses of water”.
  • Micro Habits system – tiny actions across Body, Mind, and Productivity (e.g., “10 squats”, “1-minute stretch”, “Set your #1 priority”).
  • Custom habits – tap “Add Habit” to tailor the system to your life and goals.

  • Learn hub – bite-sized lessons on Getting Started, Technique & Safety, Intensity & Zones, Recovery & Mobility, Fuel & Hydration, and more.
  • HIIT Timer – pre-set plans (Tabata, Quick 7-min) or fully custom Work / Rest / Rounds settings.
  • Cadence – lock in a Target cadence (e.g., 120 BPM) and train your rhythm for running or cycling.
